This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit silverliningmp.be, contact us, or interact with our content and affiliate links, and how we use and share that data. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact details (if you submit a form or email us): name, email, phone, message.
Order/project information (if you commission painting services): contact details, billing details, project specifications and reference material you provide.
Affiliate interaction data (Adcell): when you click a marked affiliate/advertising link, Adcell may set cookies or use similar technology to attribute a purchase to us (pseudonymous to us; we don’t receive your full order details from merchants).

4) Why we process your data (legal bases)

Site operation & security (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): run the website, prevent abuse, measure basic performance.
Analytics & marketing/affiliate tracking (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): optional cookies/pixels for statistics and to attribute affiliate commissions.
Responding to enquiries & providing services (contract/pre-contract steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): handling quotes, orders, and support.

Merchants/networks: when you click an affiliate link marked “Werbelink/Anzeige” or “Affiliate-Link,” limited pseudonymous data necessary for attribution is processed by Adcell and by the merchant you visit.
